How to digest food properly

Digest

Many people do not have good health due to not digesting food properly. And if food is not digested properly, the whole day is dull. So here are some tips on how to properly digest food :

Chew food properly

After eating, food reaches our stomach. Then hydrochloric gas is released in the stomach and food is digested with the help of this gas. Many people chew their food less. As a result, the food reaches the stomach in a difficult state. Although our stomach can digest solid food. But those whose food is not easily digested should chew their food more.

By this the food is half digested in the mouth and reaches the stomach in a liquid state. Then the food is easily digested. And if the food is easily digested, what you eat will be digested and your health will be much better than before. By chewing the food properly you will see results within a few days.

Increase good bacteria

There are two types of bacteria in our body. One is good bacteria and the other bad bacteria.

Good bacteria help digest your food. For this you need to increase the good bacteria in your body. You can eat yogurt to increase the good bacteria. There are also a variety of nuts and green vegetables. Eating them increases the amount of good bacteria in your body and these bacteria help in the digestion of food. Eating them also increases the enzymes that help your body digest food. So if you have digestive problems then you should eat green vegetables regularly. You can also eat a variety of fibrous foods. Fibrous foods also aid in digestion.

Keep the liver healthy

A weak liver can be the biggest cause of indigestion. Now you need to understand how the liver helps you digest food. Bile released from the liver accumulates in the gallbladder. Bile helps in digestion and it converts fats into fatty acids which can be taken into the body through the digestive system. If your liver is not healthy, food will never be digested properly. If food is not digested properly, you will not build muscle. As a result, you will not gain weight. Eat plenty of green vegetables to keep your liver healthy. Green vegetables will be absorbed by your body and you will start gaining weight.

Do not eat cold food

You should take care while eating that the food should be lukewarm when you eat it. Many people take food out of the fridge and eat it right away or eat too much stale food. Cold food takes longer to digest. Which is not good at all for your body. When cold water or cold food enters your stomach, the body first takes this food to its temperature and digests it. Then the stomach digests this food. It takes a lot of effort for your body to do this process. As a result, your digestion becomes weak. So never eat leftover stale or cold food. However, if you eat cold food, then heat it slightly and then eat it.

Do not eat frequently

You should refrain from eating frequently. When you eat one meal, eat the second meal at least three hours later. Food will not be properly digested until your stomach is light or relaxed. If you eat frequently, the stomach will always be warm. And if the stomach is always hot, the food you eat will be digested very late. This can slow down your digestion. So you should refrain from eating food frequently.

Increasing fiber in the body

You need to increase fiber in your body to improve digestion. You can eat fiber rich food while having breakfast. Oats contain a lot of high fiber which helps in digesting your food. Soybeans are also high in fiber. You can eat soybeans soaked or fried. These soybeans increase the amount of fiber in your body which is very good for digestion.

Do yoga

If you want to digest your food completely then you should walk for 5 to 10 minutes after eating. Walk in small steps for 2 to 3 minutes. So if you walk like this regularly for a few days, you can notice many changes in your digestion. Your digestion will be much better than before. After walking like this for 2 to 3 minutes you have to do two asanas. One is Padmasana and the other is Vajrasana.

While doing Padmasana you have to focus on the abdomen. This will allow your abdominal muscles to work well and become active which helps in digestion of your food. You can do Padmasana for 3 to 5 minutes.

Vajrasana is a posture that allows you to digest food very quickly. By doing this asana, your body will be shaped like Vajra. When your food is properly digested and the nutrients of that food reach your body, your body will be very healthy and gain muscle. When food is digested faster and nutrients reach your body, your brain power will increase, your eyes will be sharper and your hair will be healthier.
