As a beginner you need to follow these rules.

- Avoid running on the side of the road. This is very important if you have a pre-existing condition such as asthma.
- Avoid peak hour periods to avoid vehicular air pollution. Schedule your run in the morning or afternoon if possible. It will increase your mind’s freshness.
- Buy a suitable shoe so that you can run properly and not have any kind of problems with your feet.
- Wear clothing that clings to your skin and that protects your skin from the sun. For this, you can wear thin and tight-fitting T-shirts.
- Do not overeat before doing this exercise but eat a light meal if you do.

Running has the greatest impact on the feet. Due to which all the joints in your legs move quickly. As a result, new and stronger bones grow in the leg joints. Because of this, the more you run, the stronger and stronger your legs will be and the better your legs will be in old age.
